Consolidated Health Plans, Inc. was established in 1995 as a Preferred Provider Organization and Third Party Administrator (TPA) headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our goal and objective: to reduce health care costs for employer's health insurance plans and colleges' student health & accident plans. Through managed care, fee negotiation, exclusive Rx programs, combined with the most state-of-the-art claims payment system, we have met that goal.
