Here’s what we are doing:
- Accepting electronic enrollment, electronic claims files and on-line waiver forms.
- Online ID cards.
- Constantly improving our website as “the place to go” for information: Brochures, Claim forms, Authorization forms, any plan specific information.
- Evaluating type and quantity of all print materials.
- Utilizing LuminX, our state-of-the-art automated paperless claim processing platform.
- Creating a CHP culture where employees think Green.
Here’s what we are working on for 2010:
- Exclusive online brochures with print options as needed. (availability may vary by state).
- Email claim pending or information required notices to participants in lieu of sending paper letters.
- Electronic reports.
- Electronic invoicing and funding requests.
