Medex Traveling Medical Service

Your Student Health Plan includes a comprehensive Travel Assistance program administered through MEDEX Assistance Corporation, at no additional charge to you. MEDEX provides 24/7 emergency medical assistance including emergency evacuation and repatriation and other travel assistance services when students are over 100 miles from home.

If you have a medical or travel problem, simply call the MEDEX 24-hour Assistance Center. Your CHP ID card has all the contact information you need to seek help from MEDEX while traveling.
